Taking an eastern classic to a western audience

A genre in its own right, Final Fantasy's 30 year legacy was reaffirmed once more with the fifteenth instalment in the cult franchise. In order to broaden the fanbase though, we had to make it appeal to a wider western market.

Embracing familiar, western environments and an emotive, cinematic tone, our character-focussed social and OOH campaign presented the game as an inviting and more importantly, accessible new chapter in the Final Fantasy story.

FFXV became the fastest, most successful launch in the history of the series, selling over 5 million units on day one.
